Is it good for sensitive skin? Yes. The cover is a smooth, plant-based fibre spun from natural wood pulp — soft, breathable and gentle against your skin. The fill is feather-free and hypoallergenic — plenty of customers buy it for their kids' rooms too.
Do I need a duvet cover? It's up to you. CloudSoft is soft enough to sleep right against, and it goes straight in the wash, so keeping it fresh is easy either way. If you prefer a cover, the corner loops hold it perfectly in place so it never slips.
Will the filling bunch up after washing? No. The filling is stitched into a grid so it can't drift into the corners or go lumpy. Even after lots of washes it stays evenly spread, with no flat spots.
How do I wash it? Pop it in the washing machine on a gentle cold cycle with a mild detergent. No dry cleaning needed, no fuss. Then let it air dry — it fluffs back up beautifully.
What's the filling made from? CloudFill — a feather-free hollow fibre that lofts like down without the allergens, the poking quills or the smell. Nothing sheds and nothing works its way through.
Is it heavy? It's thick and fluffy, with a lovely bit of weight to it, but it's not heavy. Just that nice tucked-in feeling without feeling held down.
Can I use it all year? Yes. CloudSoft is comfy whatever the weather. It's cozy on a cool autumn night and still comfortable in the middle of summer, so there's no need to swap it out.
What sizes are there? Single (Twin) 152 × 203 cm, Double (Queen) 200 × 230 cm, King 230 × 230 cm and Super King 230 × 270 cm — each with a generous drape for that lovely hotel-bed look.
