RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Baire Threads, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging and condition. Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for a refund. In certain situations, opened items may be eligible for store credit at the discretion of Baire Threads.
All returns must be approved by our team before being sent back. To request a return, please contact us at support@bairethreads.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide full return instructions, including the return shipping address. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. In these cases, Baire Threads will cover the return shipping cost in full.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved.
Sale items or promotional items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
